
I work with individuals seeking to understand themselves more deeply and shift long-standing patterns. Through psychodynamic psychotherapy, combined with mindfulness and emotionally focused approaches. This approach is especially supportive for those experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, identity confusion, addiction, or family-of-origin issues, as well as those who feel caught in repetitive life patterns.
In couples work, I support partners in uncovering unconscious dynamics and relational patterns that drive conflict or distance. Using psychodynamic and emotionally focused therapy, I help couples better understand the impact of early experiences on current struggles, improve communication, and rebuild intimacy.
I facilitate groups and workshops. My experience includes leading meditation events, substance use groups, and corporate wellness programs.
